Olivier Kuhn joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2003 and became a partner in 2016.

He is joint manager of our Dispute Resolution practice and handles the full spectrum of business litigation and criminal business law matters.

He advises French and international clients on company law disputes, including conflicts between shareholders, liability of corporate officers, removal of corporate officers, enforcement of representations and warranties, and triggering of earn-out clauses.

He also manages complex commercial litigation cases, including all forms of contract disputes at every stage (formation, performance and termination), all forms of tortious litigation, unfair competition, and the sudden termination of established commercial relations.

His practice extends to a wide range of criminal business law proceedings, under criminal company law, criminal tax law, criminal employment law, criminal environment law, criminal competition and consumer law, criminal financial and stock market law, and press law.
