Join our lunch seminar: The Belgian combined offer prohibition does not comply with EU law!
Dear Madam, Sir,
The 23rd of april, the European Court of Justice rendered its ground breaking decision regarding the legal status of combined offers or joint offers in Belgium (click here for the Court decision). The Court ruled that the Belgian prohibition of combined offers in the Trade Practices Act does not comply with European law and that combined offers are therefore allowed in Belgian as from today.
We would like to analyse with you the effects of this decision for everyday practice and invite you to attend our lunch seminar on Monday 4 May 2009 from 12:00 to 14:00 in our offices.
