Digital transformation: seizing the opportunity whilst avoiding the pitfalls.

More and more businesses use digital technologies to become more efficient and effective. The idea is not just to convert existing processes or services in a digital form, but to use technology to transform the processes or services into something much better. According to a recent survey a staggering 70% of businesses either have a digital transformation plan in place or are developing one. 
 
Digital transformation goes beyond using digital technology and developing digital skills (data analytics for example): it is a full-fledged, integrated business transformation in which digital technology plays an important role.

If transformation is hard, digital transformation is even harder. So successful digital transformation is all about avoiding the pitfalls and seizing the opportunities.
