On 4 May 2020 all non-essential companies, which had to close on 18 March as they could not guarantee ‘social distancing’, have been allowed to resume their work. However, a series of health measures will need to be implemented and telework remains the norm for other companies. What is the state of affairs for public authorities and what are the practical consequences for the sector after 4 May?
To help you to be prepared, we would like to invite you to join us for the Webinar Covid-19: “Public sector: How to manage your workers during the Crisis?”
Our legal experts will discuss a.o. how to organize your HR department and how to develop specific decision-making procedures that can be implemented during the current health crisis.
The webinar will be held in Dutch and French. Participation is free and very easy: once you register, you will receive the secure link allowing you can log-in to follow the webinar from wherever you are.
We hope you can join us.
