CMS Belgium assisted the asset management company, Inpulse Investment Manager in setting up a social impact investment fund, ImpaktEU, together with its partner, Funds For Good. Starting with nearly EUR 20 million to invest, the fund will be dedicated to the development of microfinance and social entrepreneurship in Europe, particularly in Belgium. The fund has obtained the support of the Federal Holding and Investment Company (SFPI/FPIM - the financial arm of the Federal State) as a reference investor and aims to direct investments to actors who contribute to addressing social, economic and environmental challenges.
