CMS Belgium assisted Korys, together with ETF Partners and Urbantz' shareholders, in connection with a second €6 million investment round in Urbantz, a leading European SaaS company aiming to increase efficiency and sustainability of last mile delivery operations. This brings the total amount raised to €12 million.
