David is a partner lawyer in the Corporate and M&A practice at CMS Belgium, which he joined in 2011.
He advises on high-profile transactions, both domestic and international. His broad expertise covers the entire investment spectrum – from venture capital transactions to strategic M&A and private equity deals.
David acts for a loyal client base, which includes big corporations, investment banks, family-owned companies, funds and strategic investors, bringing a pragmatic, business-oriented approach and a deep understanding of their strategic goals.
David holds a law degree and a special Degree in Economic Law from Université Libre de Bruxelles as well as an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from King's College, University of London.
