CMS Belgium is delighted to announce the appointment of Tim Wustenberghs as Partner in its Tax department in Antwerp, effective 5 January 2026.
Tim brings extensive expertise in corporate international tax, supporting clients with their cross-border activities, business restructurings, transfer pricing and workforce mobility. In addition, he has a strong practice covering domestic tax matters related to group reorganizations, real estate, IP and R&D. His experience spans multiple industries, including life sciences & healthcare, offshore energy, shipping and entertainment.
Next to his practice, Tim is a teaching professor at the University of Antwerp, reflecting his commitment to academic rigor, technical excellence and thought leadership in tax matters.
