Renaud specialises in copyright, trademarks and patents. His clients include multinationals in the retail, media and chemicals sectors.

He has broad experience in both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property, trade secret and unfair competition matters. Renaud also regularly deals with distribution agreements (exclusive and selective distribution, agency, franchising, licence agreements, commercial promotions and other trade practices).

He is a member of the Benelux Trademarks Association (BMM) and the European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA). Renaud also sits on the board of directors of AIPPI (Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle).

He publishes and lectures frequently on IP-related topics and strategies.
