Charles-Antoine specializes in corporate law, more specifically in M&A.
Charles-Antoine was called to the Brussels Bar in September 2022. He started his career at a major UK law firm in Brussels, from where he followed the M&A team to a leading Belgian Law firm. Charles-Antoine joined CMS in September 2023.
He holds a law degree (2022) from the KULeuven. He is fluent in French, Dutch and English.
