Gauthier specializes in Corporate Law and M&A. He also has a passion for Insolvency Law and Corporate Litigation.
Gauthier was called to the Belgian Bar in September 2020 and joined CMS at the same time.
He holds a Law Degree and Special Degree in Corporate Law (University of Leuven, Belgium) as well as an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law (Queen Mary University, London).
He is fluent in Dutch, English and French.
