Tatiana Dragojevic specializes in European law, competition law and State aid. Her State aid practice covers various aid schemes, in particular rescue and restructuring aid for key sectors like manufacturing, energy and air transport.
She advises clients on all aspects of competition law (antitrust and abuses of dominance) and assists them in merger and FDI filings.
Tatiana obtained a master’s degree in corporate law for the Université Libre de Bruxelles (2024) and an LLM in European Competition law for the University of Amsterdam.
Tatiana joined CMS in April 2025.
