CMS has advised Power Profit, as seller, on the sale and purchase of two operational standalone battery energy storage system (BESS) projects with an operational capacity of 26.83MWh and 27MWh to GEN-I Invest, a leading European state-owned energy company.

The CMS team was led by Atanas Bangachev and Borislava Piperkova, and included  Vaska Solakova (Real Estate); Maria Stefanova (Corporate); and Stoyana Petrova and Niya Ivanova (Energy, Projects & Construction).
