Maria Stefanova is an associate in the CMS Sofia Corporate/M&A team. She joined CMS in 2025 and advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including corporate governance and restructuring, shareholder and joint-venture arrangements, and the transfer of shares, among others.
Maria has previously gained experience navigating complex unfair competition civil and administrative lawsuits as well as drafting commercial contracts for Bulgarian and international companies.
