CMS has advised Prime Energia, a large developer and EPC contractor, on the sale of a standalone battery energy storage (BESS) project with operational capacity of 100 MW/400MWh located in Targovishte, Bulgaria to Metka-EGN.

The CMS team was led by Partners Kostadin Sirleshtov, Atanas Bangachev and Borislava Piperkova, Associate Maria Stefanova and Trainee Niya Ivanova.
