Advising one of the leaders in power and renewable energy companies in the world in relation to the financing and energy/corporate/real estate matters in Montenegro regarding the EUR 310 million wind park project in Krnovo, Montenegro. This is the first and the largest wind park in Montenegro.

Advising a French development financial institution in relation to the mezzanine lending facility granted by Proparco for the EUR 310 million wind park project in Krnovo, Montenegro, as well as on the post-closing financing and corporate issues with respect to the financing of the Krnovo wind park project.

Advising a leading energy company in Finland in relation to their participation in a tender for the construction of a solar power plant in Ulcinj and post-tender procedures, including LDA negotiations and signing. Value of the investment is EUR 178 million. The planned 250 MW solar power plant in Ulcinj will be the largest power plant of its kind in Europe.

Advising a Spanish engineering and construction company on construction matters related to the OHL Lastva-Čevo project in Montenegro (construction of two overhead lines 2x400 kV and 400 kV in the length of about 35 km). (estimated value of the project: EUR 105 million)

Advising the world leader in power generation and water technologies in relation to their participation in the EPC project for the construction of thermal power plant in Montenegro Pljevlja II.

Advising one of the largest energy suppliers in Europe in relation to high-value investment projects in Montenegro, particularly wastewater treatment plants and desalinization plants, and in the related court and arbitration proceedings, involving the assessment of construction works performed, liability issues, public procurement, etc. (project value: total exceeding EUR 75 million).

Advising an international financial institution on drafting of model energy performance contracts and energy supply contracts in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.

Advising a global energy investor on its private equity investment in an energy related real estate project in Montenegro.

Advising a global supplier of electromechanical equipment and services for hydropower plants on general civil law rules with respect to contractual penalties, damages, and liability issues in Montenegro.

Advising an oil company from Asia on all real estate and construction matters for their EUR 500 million investment into the development of a high-end tourist resort on the coast of Montenegro, which is one of the biggest investments of all time in Montenegro. Our engagement included advising the client on the public tender procedure for a long-term lease of the former military site in Kumbor for the purpose of the development of the resort.
