The ex­per­i­enced law­yer was pre­vi­ously a seni­or as­so­ci­ate (at­tor­ney in co­oper­a­tion with CMS) in the Bank­ing, Fin­ance, Cor­por­ate and M&A de­part­ment and re­cently also qual­i­fied as a so­li­cit­or in Eng­land and Wales.Sanja Voloder began her leg­al ca­reer as an as­so­ci­ate at CMS and now has more than ten years of ex­per­i­ence in gen­er­al busi­ness, bank­ing, fin­ance, cor­por­ate and M&A.
