On 1 February 2021, the first tranche of the new Swiss blockchain/DLT laws has entered into force. CMS Zurich thus organizes the second round of our unique Tokenized Assets Roundtable

We will provide comprehensive insights into the application of blockchain technology to the entire process of tokenizing assets (such as shares in privately held companies or real estate).
