We offer fixed fees to our equIP members for the following:

• Data Protection Health Check: Our data protection specialists will assess how compliant your business is with applicable data protection laws and suggest any steps that you may need to take when processing and handling data moving forward.
   
• Employment Health Check: Keeping your talent happy is essential. Our employment team will review your template employment agreement and employment regulations and discuss potential amendments with you, or provide guidance to help you set up those documents.
   
• IP Health Check: IP can be vital for the future of your business. Our health check service, delivered by our leading IP team, helps maximise this value for the life span of your company.
   
• Regulatory Health Check: Companies active in the financial field may need authorisations to operate their business. Our health check service, delivered by our financial services team, involves reviewing your business model and determining whether such authorisations are required or you are otherwise subject to regulatory law.
   
• Fundraising: Access to capital is an essential part of your growth story. We will provide you with simple agreements (NDA, term sheet, simple template investment agreement, simple template shareholders' agreement) for a fixed fee (fees for the subsequent negotiations and amendments will accrue based on the time spent for those steps).
