CMS advised F24 Schweiz AG on the acquisition of certain assets and agreements of the Imasys business from Swissphone Wireless

In June 2025, F24 Schweiz AG acquired certain assets and agreements of the Imasys business from Swissphone Group as part of a strategic carve-out.

Imasys is a specialized technology platform offering high-performance SMS gateway solutions and Messaging-as-a-Service (MaaS), particularly for transaction-related two-factor authentication processes.

F24 is Europe’s leading Software-as-a-Service provider for incident and crisis management, emergency notification and business communications.

A team of CMS Switzerland, led by Stefan Brunnschweiler and Andrea Relly, advised F24 Schweiz AG on all legal matters of the transaction.
