CMS advised Vista Augenpraxen & Kliniken on the participation in Augenmobil

Vista Klinik Holding AG, domiciled in Binningen (Switzerland), acquired a majority stake in Augenmobil AG, Zurich. Founded in 2019, Augenmobil offers mobile eye examinations combined with telemedical diagnosis. This is a particularly valuable service for residents of retirement and care homes.

With its numerous locations, Vista has a broad network of eye clinics and eye practices.
