This latest acquisition follows Room Mate Hotels' purchase of the Staying Valencia portfolio in 2024 as well as the Lime Tree Hotel in Belgravia London at the end of 2023. Since the acquisition of Room Mate Hotels in 2022 by its new shareholders, Room Mate Hotels has significantly strengthened its financial position and revamped its portfolio through a program of capital expenditures into several hotels. With this latest purchase, the company continues its selective international expansion through further strategic acquisitions, new leases, and hotel management agreements.
