Zurich, January 2024 | Founded in 1991, VERBIER HOSPITALITY SA through its brand Verbier Location specialises in holiday rentals in the Verbier region and provides a full service offering for property owners looking for rental and property management.
The acquisition, part of Savills residential expansion across Europe, brings a new service line to the Savills Ski network which comprises six fully branded Savills offices and two associates across the Alps.
VERBIER HOSPITALITY SA will continue to operate alongside the existing Savills office in Verbier, which opened in 2018, enabling a fully integrated sales and seasonal rentals platform for clients.
A CMS team led by partner Stephan Werlen and senior associate Ferdinand Blezinger provided comprehensive legal advice to Savills on the transaction.
