Two nChain Group entities have relocated from Antigua and Barbuda to Zug, Switzerland. nChain AG (previously nChain Group Holdings Ltd) will be the group's main client-facing entity, whereas nChain Licensing AG (previously nChain Holdings Ltd) will assume the role of the group's IP entity.
The nChain Group focuses on developing and marketing solutions that help businesses around the globe understand and realise the full potential of blockchain technology. Its offerings comprise off-the-shelf solutions, bespoke solutions and platform services that are used in various industries, including banking, capital markets, food supply, gaming and public service. The nChain group employs 217 employees at its locations in Switzerland, the UK and Slovenia.
With the relocation to Switzerland, the nChain management is confident to have paved the way for the group's continued growth and success.
