Frankfurt/Main – CMS Hasche Sigle advised the owner of Begerow, a company specializing in liquid filtration, at the sale of its shares to US diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation. The deal is subject to competition clearances.
A team led by lead partner Dr Heinz-Joachim Freund advised the owner of Begerow on all aspects of the transaction.
Begerow is headquartered in Langenlonsheim in Rhineland-Palatinate. With around 250 staff worldwide, Germany, Begerow develops and produces technologically innovative filter media and filtration systems for the beverage and food industries as well as chemical, pharmaceutical and industrial applications.
