CMS Hasche Sigle advises POLIS Immobilien AG on IPO

POLIS Immobilien AG with its domicile in Berlin today successfully concluded the IPO in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The issue volume is ca. EUR 89.8 million. POLIS Immobilien AG received almost EUR 74.5 million in gross emission proceeds as a result of the IPO. If the greenshoe option is exercised (approx. 0.8 million shares) these proceeds will increase by a further ca. 11.2 million euros (before IPO costs). UniCredit Markets & Investment Banking (Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank Aktiengesellschaft; global coordinator and sole bookrunner) and Viscardi Securities Wertpapierhandelsbank GmbH (co-lead manager) were involved in the transaction as consortium banks. CMS Hasche Sigle provided extensive advice to POLIS as issuer's counsel inter alia on the corporate restructuring in the run-up to the IPO and when drawing up the prospectus.

POLIS' core business is property management of established office properties at important German locations. In 2006 POLIS acquired eight new properties and in January 2007 alone added two new buildings to its portfolio. Overall the portfolio was extended to 16 properties with a value of 140 million euros. Feri Immobilienportfolio Rating gave POLIS an "A" rating (very good) in February 2007.

POLIS Immobilien AG was previously called POLIS Grundbesitz und Beteiligungs AG. The shares were previously held by Bouwfonds Asset Management Deutschland GmbH, Mann Immobilien-Verwaltung AG, the management and ca. 50 further institutional and private investors.
