Kirsten Wirling advises German and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, drafting relevant contracts as well as providing support in disputes relating to the termination of employment relationships or co-determination.

Kirsten joined the CMS Team in 2025. Prior to joining CMS, she worked as a lawyer at a large employment law firm in Cologne.

  • 2024: Second state examination in law
  • 2022 – 2024: Trainee lawyer at Cologne Higher Regional Court including placements at the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in Bonn, a large labor law firm in Cologne, and a pro bono legal clinic in Porirua, New Zealand
  • 2014 – 2021: Law studies at the University of Cologne and University of Verona, Italy
