Simona Diana Heußlein advises SMEs on corporate law as well as on M& A and private equity transactions. As part of this, she assists with conducting due diligence, drafting share purchase agreements and various matters relating to the signing and closing of a transaction, among other things. In addition, she assists clients with day-to-day corporate administration.
Simona Diana Heußlein started her career as a lawyer at CMS in 2026. She had previously completed her legal training in the firm’s Corporate/M& A practice area and worked as a research assistant in employment and corporate law.
