Justus Huth advises German and international companies on individual and collective employment law. One focus of his work is on managing business transfers in the context of restructurings, reorganisations and transactions. In particular, he assists with negotiations with works councils and trade unions regarding balances of interests and social plans, collective bargaining agreements, transition agreements and restructuring agreements.
Justus Huth joined CMS in 2026. In 2025 he began his career as a lawyer in the employment law department of a major German law firm.
