English translation of German Money Laundering Act

BaFin published an English translation of the German Money Laundering Act (GwG) on its website. Please note, that the German legislator exceeded the requirements of the Anti-Money Laundering Directives (2005/60/EC) and (2006/70/EC) with the recasting of the GwG.
