The 7th of May, CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo organised a breakfast roundtable around the new changes to the bankruptcy law. The speakers were Juan Ignacio Fernández Aguado, Partner at CMS ASL; Antonio Moreno Rodríguez, Administrador Concursal, Partner at TCC Consultoría and Andrés Recalde, corporate law professor and counsel at CMS ASL.
