During 2019, CMS will be hosting a series of seminars focused on the changes that are taking place in Markets and Financial Services in Spain, named Markets & Financial Services - The future landscape.

We will be hosting a new session of these seminars, focusing on the new regime for derivatives and repos and its impact when structuring transactions (inc. loans, project finance, structured finance and debt issuance), on 25 June at 9:30h, at our Madrid office.

The session will be led by our experts from the UK Jason Brooks and Spain Ignacio Ramos.

In the seminar we will address the following topics:

  • EMIR REFIT - Documentation and compliance.
  • Dealing with the Initial Margin Big Bang.
  • The route to Benchmark Reform.
  • What you need to consider when structuring transactions.
