Álvaro Feu is a Senior Associate of the Dispute Resolution & Arbitration department at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo. He possesses vast experience in providing legal advice on litigation, corporate law, financial law and insolvency, having appeared in dispute resolution cases before the general courts, regional courts and the Supreme Court, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Moreover, he has also advised the creditors and debtors in some of the most significant refinancing and insolvency proceedings in Spain.

Relevant experience

Álvaro has advised sector-leading companies on a wide range of matters, including an international group in the renewable energy sector in arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) relating to a dispute concerning the construction of a hydroelectric power plant, an Ecuadorian engineering company on arbitration before the ICC relating to a dispute concerning a contract for trading in energy and petrol, as well as a German engineering company on legal proceedings related to building a biomethanisation plant in Spain.
