Ana Doval is an associate of the Public Law and Regulated Sectors department in CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo. She has experience advising public sector entities as well as national and international companies on public law and regulated sector matters.
Her practice focuses on the drafting of legal documents and assisting clients throughout administrative and judicial proceedings, particularly in areas such as environmental law, public procurement, consumer protection, and healthcare regulations.
She also has extensive experience in due diligence processes, public aid and subsidies, administrative sanctioning procedures, and regularly advises leading national and international companies on the drafting of contracts and documentation related to telecommunications network infrastructure.
