César Albiñana is CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo’s Managing Partner. He specialises in advising on mergers and acquisitions, the securities market, corporate law and administrative law.

César Albiñana is CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo’s Managing Partner. He specialises in advising on mergers and acquisitions, the securities market, corporate law and administrative law.

César is a member of the State Attorneys Corps, member and/or secretary of the board of directors of several companies and member of the Civil and Commercial Arbitration Court of Madrid.

He has been consistently recognised as a Eminent Practitioner for his expertise in Corporate / M&A by the main legal directories including Chambers & Partners. In 2011, he was awarded the ICADE Asociación career achievement prize and in 2016 scooped the Client Choice award as Spain’s best M&A lawyer.
