Emilio Moyano is Counsel in the Dispute Resolution department at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo. He is experienced in financial crime, providing advisory, prosecution and defence services to companies and individuals before the courts. He possesses vast experience in the criminal liability of legal entities, a subject to which he dedicated his post graduate studies.
He has acted as deputy judge at the criminal courts of the Canary Islands and has taught the Philosophy of Law, Legal Theory and Human Rights at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
