Francisco Javier Arias is a Consultant of the Corporate / M&A department at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo and a professor at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. He possesses vast teaching and professional experience having been involved in numerous postgraduate programmes at several universities (Complutense de Madrid, Castilla-La Mancha, Jaume I, etc.) and professional training courses at different national international institutions.

Relevant experience

As a consultant, he has been involved in the drafting of countless reports and resolutions for a wide range of entities, including various listed companies (Iberdrola, Ferrovial, Telefónica).
