Gonzaga Guerrero also a lawyer in the Litigation and Arbitration practice at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo until now, has more than twelve years of experience in resolving complex civil and commercial disputes, both before the courts and in arbitration. His practice focuses on post‑M&A and corporate disputes, collective actions (including banking litigation and competition law infringements), and contractual liability (including sale and purchase agreements, agency, distribution and lease agreements, among others).
He mainly advises large corporations, financial institutions, investment funds and family offices. He is noted for his extensive courtroom experience and his business‑oriented strategic approach, as well as for his role as arbitrator before leading arbitration institutions.
