• Banking & Financial Litigation: Proven experience defending financial institutions in mass litigation (class actions) and nullity actions, managing both reputational and economic risks.
• Competition Law: Specialized advice on damages claims arising from antitrust infringements (private enforcement).
• Civil Liability & Regulated Sectors: Resolution of complex disputes in the Energy and Construction sectors, as well as contractual liability arising from commercial agreements (sale & purchase, agency, distribution, franchising and concessions, leases, etc.).
