Gracia Sainz is General Counsel of CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo.
With regards to corporate law, Gracia's experience includes ongoing advice on contractual and corporate governance matters, performing the role of secretary of the board of directors for several companies, as well as advice on acquisitions and the structural modification of enterprises.
Her experience in the banking and finance sector comprises advice on financial transactions of varying nature to both the financial entities and those on the receiving end of such finance. Moreover, she has also advised various financial institutions on regulatory matters and has taken part in numerous merger and acquisition operations of financial institutions. She has been secretary of the board of directors of credit and venture capital entities.
In 2018, she received the InspiraLaw award from Iberian Lawyer, which recognises leading women in the legal sector.
