Relevant experience

Irene has provided contentious and non-contentious IP advice in relation to copyright, trademarks, designs, patents, utility models, unfair competition, advertising, consumer law and the right to privacy and protection of personal data in disputes before various industrial property registration authorities (Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, EUIPO and WIPO).
