Jorge Peris is a senior associate in the Corporate / M&A department of CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo. His professional practice focuses on commercial law, specialising in providing advise to investment funds and industrial companies on all types of company acquisitions and sales, mergers, group restructuring and commercial contracts.

He has extensive experience in domestic and multi-jurisdictional private equity transactions, reorganisation of various alliances, due diligence processes, creation of joint ventures, disposals of assets and liabilities and structural modifications.

In addition, he continuously advises national (listed and unlisted) and multinational companies on corporate governance, secretariats, ESG criteria, as well as on all types of transactions in the automotive, infrastructure, insurance, healthcare and renewable energy sectors.
