José Luis Pérez-Campoamor is Counsel of the Public Law & Regulated Sectors department at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo. He possess vast experience in advising on administrative law matters in M&A and financing deals, and is an expert in numerous regulated sectors such as energy, infrastructure, transport, the environment and telecommunications. Moreover, he also specialises in advising on public sector contracts, consultations and contentious issues.

Relevant experience

José Luis has advised sector-leading companies on a wide range of transactions, including the acquisition of companies and assets in the energy sector and on regulatory and contentious issues in the TMT, transport and infrastructure sectors.
