Pablo Gutiérrez is a partner in the Employment Department of CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo. A State Lawyer on leave of absence, he has been coordinator of the Employment Department of the State Attorney’s Office. Likewise, his professional career in the Public Administration has been linked to the performance of contentious -in all jurisdictions- and consultative functions, in addition to coordinating legal assistance for various public entities and companies.
