She is a qualified practising lawyer with extensive experience in Intellectual Property, Industrial Property and Information Technology (IT) law, specialising in IP/IT legal advice for technology-driven and innovative businesses.

Relevant experience

Sara has extensive experience advising clients on complex IP/IT matters, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and participating in national and international projects. She combines a strong business-oriented approach with a focus on efficiency and practical solutions aligned with clients' strategic objectives.

She also has experience in litigation, pre-litigation and strategic IP/IT advisory work, including representing and assisting clients in proceedings before the Spanish courts, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and foreign courts. She also has experience in handling Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) proceedings.

In addition, she has advised on and led negotiations relating to settlement, coexistence, licensing and assignment agreements, as well as the development of filing and protection strategies. She regularly advises on matters related to digital law, privacy and data protection, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, from an IP/IT law perspective.
