Brief consideration on Transport Law 15/2009 which aims to cover a loophole in Spanish law. Although it may appear surprising, the transport contract would continue subject to provisions of the Civil Code and the Commercial Code from the end of 19th Century. In other words, subject to regulations prior to the appearance of any motor vehicle or modern trains, which have little to do with the railways of 1885. Article by Andrés Reclade published in the magazine Transporte XXI, April 2010.
