All employees have access to training specific to their own practice. Training may be provided in house or by external organisations. Every month, our lawyers attend technical training organised in-house with the help of our intelligence departement.
Our firm also organises training workshops for lawyers on non-legal skills that are crucial in order to practice law. This training depends on their seniority and includes inter-personal communication, public speaking, time management, business development, project management, and more.
Support personnel can also take training outside of the firm to improve their business skills and expertise.
