Your integration is our priority
We believe that the integration of new employees – lawyers and support staff – is critical to the success of the law firm.
As soon as you arrive, you will attend an integration seminar for all new hires. You will learn about the foundation that underpins our firm’s culture, its operations, its organisation and the ethical rules of our profession with the help of all of our support role managers and Doctrine teams. We will also provide you with the tools you will need for a successful start at your new position.
This two-day seminar will also provide an opportunity to meet the other individuals hired on the same day, and you will be able to launch your own network within the firm.
A mentor will also welcome you into your team and support you throughout your first few weeks in the firm.
