The Prize aims to reward the three best real estate law students enrolled in a Master 2 program. It is awarded through a competitive process each year by a jury composed of real estate law professionals.
The Prize is jointly organized by CMS Francis Lefebvre, Juridim, and Michelez Notaires. It is open to all students enrolled in a Master 2 in Real Estate Law or a Master 2 in Notarial Law. Each year, a sponsor—an eminent figure in the real estate sector—presents the Prize.
