ESMA: Guidelines on endorsement under Article 11 of the ESG Rating Regulation

ESMA has published a consultation on its proposed approach to the endorsement of non-EU ESG ratings under the regulatory framework and is inviting feedback from ESG rating providers and other stakeholders on the draft guidelines.  Responses are required by 29 May 2026.
