CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats advises the lenders on the financing

CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats advised the lenders in relation to the acquisition by Parquest Capital of a majority stake in Sopral, a company specialising in the formulation, production and marketing in more than 50 countries of innovative nutritional solutions for dogs, cats and horses.

The financing for the transaction was arranged by Banque CIC Ouest and Crédit Agricole Mutuel d'Ille-et-Vilaine.

he CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats team, which advised Arkéa Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels, Banque CIC Ouest, Caisse d'Épargne et de Prévoyance Bretagne-Pays de Loire and Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel d'Ille-et-Vilaine in their capacity as lenders, comprised Benjamin Guilleminot (counsel), Benoît Fournier and Julia Dallié on the financing and Jean-Charles Benois (counsel) and Alexia Cayrel on tax aspects.

Parquest Capital was advised by Goodwin with Thomas Maitrejan (partner), Adrien Paturaud, (counsel) Hind Badreddine and Benjamin Filiatre.

Tikehau Capital (for the mezzanine debt) was advised by De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, with Yannick Le Gall (partner), Eryk Nowakowski, Jean-François Pourdieu (partner) and Sonia Bouaffassa (counsel).
